Vegan Frozen Custard

 

Now that you know how to make vegan custard, you can now make a wide array of vegan frozen custard flavors. I’m going to list 3 easy ones, but use your imagination and create your own!


Prep Time: 5 mins
Freeze Time: 120 mins
Total Time: 125 mins

Ingredients

1 block of tofu
12-14 oz can of coconut milk
2 tbsp corn starch
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Flavor variations:
1. Horchata - add ½ tsp cinnamon
2. Cookies and Cream - add 2 cookies during blending, then add 1 cup of broken up Oreo cookies after blending
3. Chocolate Biscoff - add 1 tsp cocoa powder during blending, then add ½ cup of broken Biscoff cookies after blending

Steps:
1. Add each ingredient to a blender.
2. Blend thoroughly.
3. Flavor accordingly, and blend again.
4. Freeze for 2 hours. Serve like soft-serve ice cream.
