Steps:
1. Gather your supplies
2. Cut up the mangoes first. They are extremely messy and can be hard to work with.
3. Begin with cooking the raspberries on medium heat. Throw in about 1/4 cup of water to get the raspberries to start breaking down.
4. Add the mangoes and 1 cup of sugar (and you can do substitutions for stevia or agave depending on how much sugar your diet can have).
5. Add another 1/4 cup of water if needed.
6. Bring mixture to a boil, and add the 2 tbsp of corn starch mixed with 1/2 water. Whisk the corn starch water in vigorously with a whisk or spoon. Stir consistently for about 2 minutes, and then reduce to medium hear.
7. Dice the 1/4-1/2 of a Carolina Reaper into small 1/8 inch pieces, and add to the mixture.
8. Cook the Let the mixture break down for about 10-15 minutes.
9. If it hasn't thickened up to the consistency you prefer add a little bit more corn starch water to the mix and cook a little longer.
10. Spoon it into a jar, then let it cool down before you refrigerate.
ENJOY!!
