Vegan Blue Cheese Dressing

 

We're just getting down to basics on this recipe. This is a very simple recipe and can be used on salads, sandwiches, wraps, or it can be used as a dipping sauce. You are going to love how easy it is to make vegan Blue cheese dressing. I hope you enjoy this vegan version!

Ingredients

1/2 cup of vegan mayo
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp vegan blue cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Steps:

1. Add to a mixing bowl all of the ingredients

2. Mix thoroughly. If the dressing tastes too much like mayo, then add some more blue cheese.  If it tastes too much like blue cheese for you, then add a little bit more mayo.

3. If you'd like to loosen it up and turn it into more of a sauce, add about 1-2 tbsps of water or olive oil.
