Vegan Russian Dressing

 

We're just getting down to basics on this recipe. This is a very simple recipe and can be used on salads, sandwiches, wraps, or it can be used as a dipping sauce. You are going to love how easy it is to make vegan Russian dressing. I hope you enjoy this vegan version!

Ingredients

½ cup vegan mayo
½ onion grated
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp horseradish sauce
1 tsp vegan worcestershire sauce
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper

Steps:

1. Add to a mixing bowl all of the ingredients
2. Mix thoroughly. If the dressing tastes too much like mayo, then add some more ketchup. If it tastes too much like ketchup for you, then add a little bit more mayo.
3. If you'd like to loosen it up and turn it into more of a sauce, add about 1-2 tbsps of water or olive oil.
