This has to be my absolute favorite things to eat. It’s perfect for watching a football game, or snacking after a long day at work. I remember thinking that this is such a hard thing to make, but it’s incredibly easy, and it will save you tons of money!

Ingredients

14-16 oz of french fries
1 cup of vegan mozzarella
10-12 oz vegan ground beef
Salt, pepper, paprika
¼ cup of vegan feta
Gravy:
4 tbsp of vegan butter
4 tbsp of flour
1 cup of unsweetened oat milk
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
½ cup of water

1. Pre-heat the oven to 425, and bake the french fries
2. Heat the vegan butter in a pot
3. Whisk in the flour one tbsp at a time
4. Slowly add the unsweetened oat milk, and keep whisking
5. Add the salt and black pepper
6. Slowly add the water, and keep whisking
7. Cook the vegan ground beef and add salt, pepper, and paprika.
8. Once the french fries baked add salt to the fries, and then assemble: a) fries, b) vegan mozzarella, c) cooked vegan ground beef, d) crumbled vegan feta
