Ingredients

Air fried tofu (check out my recipe for air fried tofu)
Pita bread
Lettuce
Hummus
Vegan Tzatziki Sauce
Mediterranean cucumber salad:
10 Cherry Tomatoes chopped
1 Cucumber chopped
½ Red onion chopped
½ cup chopped Parsley
¼ cup Olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ garlic powder

1. Make the air fried tofu
2. Mix together all the ingredients for the Mediterranean cucumber salad
3. Cut the pita in half and open each half. Add to each pita the following: a) hummus, b) lettuce, c) cucumber salad, d) air fried tofu, e) vegan tzatziki sauce, f) hot sauce (optional)
