Vegan Buffalo Tofu Wraps


 If you like the flavor combination of Buffalo sauce and blue cheese, then you are going to absolutely love this recipe. I literally could eat these for lunch every day. You will be surprised at how easy these are to make! Try not to get addicted to these like I am.

Ingredients

Air fried tofu (check out my recipe for air fried tofu)
Wraps
Arugula
Chickpeas
Celery
Tomato
Red onion
Frank’s hot sauce
Vegan blue cheese

Vegan Blue cheese sauce:
1/2 cup of vegan mayo
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp vegan blue cheese
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper

Steps:
1. Make the air fried tofu
2. Mix together all the ingredients for vegan blue cheese sauce.
3. Place the wraps on each plate. Add to each wrap the following: a) vegan blue cheese sauce, b) arugula, c) chickpeas, d) chopped onions, tomatoes, and celery, e) air fried tofu, f) Frank’s hot sauce, g) top with extra blue cheese
