There’s nothing like a cold crisp sharp pickle on a hot summer day. And another thing, no sandwich is complete without a good pickle. This was my first time to make this pickle and it turned out well. I may make adjustments to the recipe later, but feel free to make it your own.

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
1/4-1/2 cup of water
1 cup of white vinegar
1 tbsp of dried dill
Notes:
If you want a more sharp pickle add more vinegar, if you want more dill, add more dill.

Steps:
1. Gather your stuff.
2. Turn the jar on the side, and cut your cucumber into spears so that they will fit into the jar.
3. Put the brine ingredients in a pot, and bring them to a boil.
4. After letting the brine boil for a few minutes, pour it into the jar with cucumber spears.
5. Let the jar cool, and then place in the fridge. Let them marinate for about 8 hours, and then enjoy!
